You will be met on arrival at Mashhad International Airport and transferred to the hotel.

Day 1

Start your trip by going on an excursion to Tus. In Tus, you will visit Ferdowsi Tomb where people show their respect to the great Iranian poet who recited Shahnameh as the most important Persian epic then proceed to the mysterious monument of Haruniyeh Dome. In the afternoon, visit Imam Reza Holy Shrine, the most important religious site of Iran where people show their respect to the 8th Shia Imam, there you can have exchanges with Khadems, the persons who have dedicated themselves voluntarily for serving the shrine. At last, visit Nader Shah Tomb where one of the most powerful Iranian kings is buried.

Day 2

Depart Mashhad for Shiraz by a domestic flight. Have dinner in a traditional restaurant.

Day 3

Today, you admire sightseeing in Shiraz, the city of love and poetry. First, you enjoy the great architecture and exquisite colored tiling in Nasir-ol-molk Mosque, also known as Pink Mosque. Then proceed to Narenjestan e Ghavam Garden, named after the oranges in the courtyard. Afterward, visit Hafiz Tomb, a great Iranian poet and mystic who was also admired by Goethe. Finally, visit Ali Ibn Hamzeh Holy Shrine and Vakil Bazaar.

Day 4

In the morning, depart Shiraz for Yazd. On the way, visit Persepolis, the ancient capital of Persia with its wonderfully well-preserved remains, and Naqsh-e-Rostam, which contains four graves of the first Achaemenid Emperors, Darius the Great, Xerxes, Artaxerxes I and Darius II, carved into the cliff

Day 5

In Yazd, you Immerse yourself in the history, so you will start your sightseeing by visiting Towers of Silence, used for Zoroastrian funeral ceremonies. Then proceed to Zoroastrian Fire Temple in which the holy fire has been preserved for more than 1100 years and gives you the chance to get familiar with Zoroaster religion. Then proceed to Jameh Mosque of Yazd, a masterpiece of Persian architecture.  Afterward, stroll in the Historical District in Yazd, listed in UNESCO World Heritage Sites, and enjoy traditional sweats in the oldest confectionary of the city.

Day 6

Depart Yazd for Isfahan in the morning. On the way, make a stop in Meybod and visit Narin Castle, built about 2000 years ago. Then head Nain and visit Jameh mosque of Nain, dating back to the 9th century.

Day 7

In Isfahan, you get mesmerized by a whole parade of wondrous sights. First, you visit Jameh Mosque of Isfahan, one of the five oldest Friday Mosques still standing in the world and built in the four-iwan architectural style. Continue your sightseeing to Si-o-se Pol and Khajou Bridges, which have spanned the Zayandeh Rud River, and the Vank Cathedral, also known as church of the saintly sisters. Afterward, you will visit Grand Bazaar of Isfahan where you enjoy the miniature galleries and Teahouse.

Day 8

Continue sightseeing in Isfahan. First, visit Chehel Sotoun Palace (Forty Columns), a brilliant example for the Persian Garden. Next, visit Naqsh-e Jahan Square, the second largest square in the world, and Imam Mosque where you can meet a Mullah, who explains you the principles of Islam. Then, you proceed to Sheikh Lotfollah Mosque, also known as the mosque of women, and Ali Qapu Palace whose terrace overlooks the square. At the end, you will take some leisure time in the afternoon.

Day 9

Depart Isfahan for Tehran. On the way, make a stop in Kashan and visit Fin Garden, listed in UNESCO World Heritage Sites as an example for Persian garden, and Tabatabaei Historical House, the reflection of a wealthy merchant’s lifestyle used to live in Kashan. Afterward, visit Fatima Holy Shrine in Qom, where people show their respect to Imam Reza’s sister. You will also enjoy an exchange with the clergymen in the shrine

Day 10

End your trip by exploring Tehran including National Museum of Iran, an institution of two archaeological and Islamic complex, and Golestan Palace, listed in UNESCO World Heritage Sites and a brilliant example of an important period in the history of Persia where the society starts a new era of modernism. Visit National Jewelry Museum of Iran where the most dazzling collection of gemstones and jewelry is held.
